Toby is currently the Director of CX for Fellow Products which obtained series B last year.
Prior to Fellow Products, Toby has worked with other notable startups such as Firstleaf Wine Club and The RealReal, changing the landscape of both service and operations to implement automation via AI while reducing operational costs and unit economics. While with Firstleaf, Toby created a new soft outbound initiative driven on education and designed to help extend the lifespan and LTV of customers. In its first year with just 6 FTE, this team produced an extra $1m in sales. On the inbound side, member retention rose from 2% to a consistent 23% monthly leveraging educational value.
Toby continues to be passionate in making sure all departments are aligned and combining operational experience to find hidden costs with returns, shipping and movement.
