She has a proven track record of building and leading successful teams, delivering results across various channels and competencies - including growth, acquisition, retention, brand, creative strategy and partnerships.

Stef's mission is to help brands reach their potential by leveraging her upbringing in luxury and her deep technical and business understanding of the digital landscape. She pays close attention to org structure and operations to build and maintain high functioning teams while adding vision and cultural value to the organization. She has led businesses in varying lifecycle stages - from a rich-historied heritage brand Chanel with global impact, to an up-and-coming groundbreaking e-commerce platform with Mods Operandi, to a start-up subscription service for lingerie at Savage X Fenty and now to primed-for-growth STAUD.
