Knack Inc is a DTC brand creating expandable backpacks which allows you to live a one bag life.Shane initially worked with the brand to help investigate and fix a gmail spam issue. Bad Birdie is a Golf Apparel DTC brand which appeared on the Shark Tank.Shane worked with the brand to audit and optimize their email and SMS program to ensure they were growing their email list, increasing customer lifetime value, revenue and keeping their audience engaged through lifecycle marketing.The project started with an extensive audit and documentation of their Klaviyo and Attentive setup where Shane identified a list of opportunities and initiatives, 22 in total. Shane then worked with their team to implement the new initiatives, changes and optimizations. These initiatives saw a significant uplift on email flow revenue.
