After Caviar was acquired by DoorDash, I was hired as part of the marketing team to help with the merger. When purchases were underperforming, we knew we had to act. I led an initiative focusing on driving growth via SEO and referral traffic. We created a promotion to encourage more businesses to include Order Caviar buttons on their website and Google My Business profiles. Using email marketing along with sales and product channels increased adoption among restaurant partners. This led to a 5% incremental increase in customers from the channel--a meaningful lift during a time of major change for the business.

No. 6 Store is a boutique women's clothing store known for its high-end clog shoes. They wanted to boost sales during the holidays without running ads that dilute the brand. I worked with the team to create ads that performed and conformed (to brand guidelines). Integrating with Shopify, I set up shopping campaigns for them from scratch and optimized their retargeting display ads. The campaign tripled sales over the holidays compared to the previous year.

A Pet Villa is a mom & pop dog grooming business that wanted to reduce manual data entry for reservations. Working closely with the onsite team, I set up a communications plan to launch a new online reservation portal. This included updating the website, creating FAQs, employee communications, email marketing along with a coupon to increase adoption. Then, I optimized their checkout process to offering timely add-ons and upsells. The end result: Average Order Value increased by 55%.
