I worked with Herbaly to build a new, higher-converting landing page.

Herbaly was aggressively optimizing its landing pages and testing new styles of landing pages, but wasn't achieving its targets. They had set a goal to reach a 4.0% Conversion Rate (CVR) on Facebook Ads, which was needed to achieve their target Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). Herbaly was seeking the support of a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Expert to help guide them in the right direction.

The Solution: · Evaluated each test the Herbaly team had conducted in the past to gauge key learnings, whilst analyzing their heat maps, page speed, heuristics, competitors, and funnel analytics. · Developed hypotheses as to what can improve the problems identified along the funnel in our initial analysis. · Carefully tested each hypothesis till statistical significance was reached using A/B testing, then analyzed the data and supported the client with the implementation of the final landing page.

The Results: · 1.66x increase in Conversion Rates (CVR) with the new landing page. · 1.31x increase in Average Order Value (AOV) with the new landing page.

I was the lead conversion expert who guided the optimization process.

HAIRtamin wanted a heavily optimized offer page, leveraging psychology and direct response tactics, that would improve their Conversion Rates (CVR) and Average Order Value (AOV). They had very strict brand guidelines and requirements due to the nature of the product and existing partnerships.

The Solution: · Conducted a thorough Funnel Audit, including an Analytics Audit, Heuristic Analysis, Competitor Analysis, and Site Speed Analysis. · Developed hypotheses as to what can improve the problems identified along the funnel in our initial analysis. · Built a new offer page based on our findings, then tested the new page against HAIRtamin's original landing page using an A/B test. · Analyzed the test data, implemented the final results, then conducted an additional audit and test to capture incremental improvements. · Instituted an approval process for each test that was conducted, to ensure brand guidelines and requirements were met.

The Results: · 1.7x increase in Conversion Rates (CVR) with the new offer pages, on Facebook Ads. · 2.4x increase in Conversion Rates (CVR) with the new offer pages, on TikTok Ads. · 1.22x increase in Average Order Value (AOV) with the new offer page.

I worked with Ombre to build a better-converting eCommerce funnel.

Ombre Labs was no longer profitably growing its business on Facebook and Google Ads due to the higher Customer Acquisition Costs (CACs) posed by the IOS 14.5 update. They were looking for a Conversion Optimization Expert, with experience in the eCommerce space to improve their Conversion Rates (CVR) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

The Solution: · Conducted a thorough Funnel Audit, including an Analytics Audit, Heuristic Analysis, Competitor Analysis, and Site Speed Analysis. · Developed hypotheses as to what can improve the problems identified along the funnel in our initial analysis. · Built a new presell and offer page based on our findings, then tested the new pages against Ombre's original landing page using an A/B test. · Analyzed the test data, implemented the final results, then repeated the process to improve conversion rates further.

The Results: 2.3x increase in Conversion Rates (CVR) on the new presell page.
