At Bakerly, a food and beverage company, Logan helped build out the Ecommerce channel and scale it to a 7 figure business. Logan crafted the on site experience implementing reviews, loyalty, referrals, subscriptions, and custom buying experiences to drive sales. He also implemented other channels such as Amazon and Walmart to help capture more customers and drive more growth. After building out the affiliate program in its early stages Logan chose a strategic partner to come in and bring the program to new heights. When Logan began working with Bakerly they did $200 their first month with a conversion rate of 0.2%. Only two years later Logan helped scale the brand to $250k/month across 3 channels and a conversion rate of over 5% which was an industry leading average.

Logan has helped Chubbies Shorts as a freelancer for over 3 years by providing development support to their Digital Product Team. Logan meets with the Chubbies weekly to go over initiatives for the 2 week sprint cycle as well as providing updates on current projects. Logan provides a variety of different development support to Chubbies such as developing new sections of the website, implementing A/B tests, integrating 3rd party apps and Content Management Systems, and even supporting Chubbies in their transition from a Native Shopify Theme Structure to a Headless Structure leveraging Hydrogen & Remix.

Logan provided development support to Alo to build out a couple of different landing page experiences using their CMS Builder.io. Teaming up with the design and product team Logan built out the Aspen Collection and Gift Shop Landing Pages while using Builder.io for managing content in a simple way that allowed the Alo team to make updates as new capsules were released for the Aspen Collection and content updates for the Gift Shop page through the Holiday season.
