At the National Inventors Hall of Fame and Museum in North Canton, Ohio, from July 2017 to March 2021, Josh spearheaded video production as the Senior Department Head. He managed a talented team and a budget of $400,000, driving significant media projects for nationwide STEM educational programs. Under his leadership, the team increased media project completions by 120% and enhanced productivity by introducing a new digital asset system.
