Jeremy managed a 6-figure monthly paid search budget for GlobalGolf, a major golf equipment retailer. In his first year managing GlobalGolf’s search accounts, he was able to scale their spend by 14% while increasing their return on ad spend by 20%, leading to a 37% increase in paid search revenue.

Knowing that GlobalGolf was focused on acquiring new customers and seeing that retargeting efforts were being duplicated on other channels, Jeremy decreased retargeting budgets by over 80% and shifted that budget to Google and Bing Shopping and Search campaigns. This increased new visitors from the paid search channel by 30%.

While focusing on new versus returning customers can often decrease ROAS, Jeremy was able to do so while significantly increasing profitability. He did this by employing a number of tactics including testing new campaign types, testing several new bidding strategies, efficiently managing campaign bids and budgets, and methodically testing new ad copy.

Jeremy oversaw growth marketing efforts at Komplex Nutrition, a supplement brand with a large international presence. Komplex wanted to increase sales in the US while increasing their ROAS, which they felt was too low with their previous agency.

Jeremy accomplished this by testing and optimizing new Google campaigns, including Dynamic Search and Smart Shopping campaigns. He was also able to increase their Facebook spend by identifying new audiences and meticulously testing a large number of new creative angles.

He was able to scale both the paid search and social channels profitably and increase revenue from paid channels by over 45%. But Jeremy's contribution didn't end there. He also helped Komplex improve their site and checkout process, resulting in a conversion rate increase of 10%.

Jeremy managed large Bing and Google budgets for 3balls, an e-commerce site that sells mainly used golf clubs.

While they had traditionally spent the vast majority of their budget on Google, Jeremy was able to find some major opportunities for expansion in Bing, which had lower cost per clicks and a higher conversion rate.

Jeremy was able to improve the Google campaigns as well by focusing more spend on clubs and other items that were popular and trending at any given time and by simplifying some of the existing campaign structures.

Although this was a fairly mature ad account and the golf space is very competitive, Jeremy was able to increase 3ball's revenue by 22% in just his first year managing the account.
