Gillian consistently surpassed client goals, including onboarding 300 net new creators in Pinterest's creator program, which was +18% above goal. Additionally, Gillian assisted in growing Mezzetta's organic following on Instagram, increasing their follower count by +60% in just 3 months.

Gillian assisted in launching Thrive Causemetics' organic and paid partnerships program with a budget of $75,000 between 7 product launches within an 8 month period. Gillian was in charge of sourcing, curating and managing influencer partnerships for in-house content creation needs, and coordinating influencer lists, deadlines, and budgets with Thrive Causemetics' PR agency for sponsored posts. All content is used on organic social, paid social, company website, and emails. The company was able to see an average increase in conversions by $7 million.
