I was hired to put in place a marketing strategy for a DTC brand whose revenue had stagnated. After trying to increase this themselves, they needed external specialist support to help identify the opportunities and then implement them.

In just 5 months I was able to achieve:

- Paid Search: 15% decrease in cost per conversion while achieving a 34% increase in conversion value from only spending an extra 12%. This was achieved through a restructuring of paid search and shopping campaigns. - Email Marketing: 12% of overall monthly revenue now generated via email automation flows which previously didn’t exist. - CRO: 15.68% increase in overall site conversion rate through testing changes to the site's key customer landing pages.

This led them to having more stable and consistent monthly revenue, making it easier to forecast and fulfil demand.

Struggling with high CPA costs, I was hired to help a DTC brand put a strategy in place to help them turn things around and scale account performance.

In just 2 months, I reviewed the historic campaign performance, did customer research, restructured the campaign's set up, created several ad creatives, and iterated them.

More importantly, I have helped put in place a process to help review performance, come up with new ad creative ideas, get the creative produced, and then launch these in the ad account.

Forecasting for the next 12 months shows this will now become their largest acquisition channel and will generate 7 figures plus.
