At Brit + Co, Ashley led the brand partnership team, owning all aspects of driving branded content ad revenue from generating proposals and pitch decks through campaign execution and optimization. She worked on hundreds of brand campaigns across various categories including Target, Google, Sephora, Disney, Kia, Sherwin Williams, Lowe’s, Method, The Home Depot, Adidas, Etsy, NBC, Lyft and many more. She worked with agencies and directly with brands on campaign briefs to deliver premium partnership pitches hitting client objectives through various channels including: social, digital, influencer, experiential, and creative services. She managed the execution of brand campaigns ranging from $20k budgets to $750k+. Her team won the first Digiday award for Best Experiential Marketing Campaign in 2017 for the pink Lyft arcade at their NYC event CreateGood.

As the Brand Marketing Manager at Marine Layer, Ashley worked cross-functionally across the company to develop the brand's positioning, messaging, style guide, and voice across various product verticals. She managed the fashion influencer program, launched their first affiliate program, and led integrated marketing campaigns across social, digital, and experiential in 47 stores nationwide. She brought in a partnership with a nonprofit to celebrate a seasonal product collection, created an in-store experience along with a digital content campaign that was picked up by numerous PR outlets. To launch the campaign, she organized an experiential event that sold out and hit the brand's charity donation goal. The product collection ended up selling out in-store and online.

Leading Partnership Marketing at Molekule, Ashley implemented numerous partnerships that drove huge growth metrics for the brand including lead generation for CRM, brand awareness through PR, and scaling the affiliate program x2 to drive incremental revenue. She partnered with Facebook to launch Molekule's first influencer whitelisting program. By leveraging existing creator relationships and recruiting new ones, she collaborated with the growth team to organize a process to utilize UGC assets in ads to drive revenue rather than just brand awareness. With the new programs and partnerships that she brought in and managed, she was able to surpass her department annual goal by $2M net revenue.
