Armi
Armi is the Head of Strategy & Corporate Development at Resonance, a Seires B startup reinventing the future of the fashion industry. Armi owns the strategic finance function for each of Resonance's in-house brands, as well as the company's operations as a whole (including a 200+ employee factory). He also owns in-house brands' paid marketing (across Meta, Google, Pinterest), brand partnerships, CRM, and product & customer analytics.
Prior to Resonance, Armi was an investment banker at Lazard Freres, where he worked on a combination of distressed & M&A projects, with a technical bent. Some of his transaction experience includes: advising Macy's on its $4.5bn capital raise; Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E) on its emergence from bankruptcy; Tivity Health on its $575mm sale of Nutrisystem to Kainos Capital; and Millicom, a $5bn telecom company, on its market listing on the NASDAQ.
