Aaron is a performance agency and adtech platform veteran of over 10 years, primarily in the programmatic space. He was the Group Director of Programmatic at Wpromote agency, Forrester's leading performance marketing agency. At Wpromote, Aaron ran the daily operations of the programmatic division which he helped build as the first hire up to the 60+ members on the team. He contributed regularly to thought leadership, new pitch materials, SOPs, and leads programmatic partnerships. He helped pitch and activate the largest clients at the agency (Peacock, HBO Max and others) and continued that work with Canvas World Wide before focusing 100% on contract and freelance efforts in 2024.

Before Wpromote, Aaron started the AdOps and media buying division of H Code Media (now My Code). As AdOps lead, Aaron was responsible for increasing the consumption of available owned ad space along with driving more revenue via DSP media buying. Going from a team of 1 to 10 in under 2 years, he was responsible for stabilizing profitability/margin, building the best practices and creating a team of media buyers. His efforts helped the company make profitability within his first 45 days and exceeded the $10M+ revenue target in year 2.

Before ad-tech, Aaron was in social work which he feels better suited him for dealing with the vast personalities internally and externally on brand teams. As a life-long nerd, the nature of programmatic best allows for continued education and testing opportunities rarely afforded in other media and verticals.
