On BIG CITY GREENS, Vanita wrote two highly successful episodes from pitch to final product (one of which was their Halloween special episode), which received praise from fellow writers as well as the showrunners, who specifically noted her comedic talent, her keen sense for introducing the unexpected, and her pithy writing ability. Vanita also contributed successful jokes to several punch-ups, insightful edits to others' scripts, and helped outline others' stories. She was an active and successful participant in the writer's room for Disney's most prestigious animated show (and most-watched show on Disney Channel as a whole).

Vanita has used her creative writing skills and technical knowledge to write SEO-optimized blog posts for CBD company C'bella Naturals. These posts varied in content from marketing and branding-heavy, to explaining the use of products and the technology behind them in concert with the human body and nervous system, and finally to delving into the science behind certain ailments (like arthritis, insomnia, etc.) and how CBD may provide (limited) benefits to individuals with those specific ailments. Through this work, C'bella Naturals was able to increase sales and visibility.

Vanita is currently working for Pitara, a start-up venture that sources curated luxury goods (like coffee, wine, jewelry, and spices) from India and sells and markets them towards the growing and affluent South Asian diaspora in the Western world. She is writing web content and ad copy for Pitara, crafting the narrative of their story as a brand and basing my writing in their values and aspirations as a company. In addition, Vanita is also helping Pitara create and refine their brand strategy and social media strategy in preparation for their launch, which is anticipated to be three months from now.
