At Amazon, Su worked on increasing exports' website traffic, maximizing channel revenue, and improving customer experience. She worked with the text and shopping ads team to increase new customer acquisition, and improve ROI.

This included developing deep channel insights with retail teams, marketing, and international stakeholders. Then, she translated these insights into test plans, implementation proposals, and uncover optimization opportunities. She also developed a forecasting model for the major retail events and got the buy-in of stakeholders to implement the strategy. This resulted in a 33% overall increase in website traffic for all exports websites year over year, and 27% improvement on ROI.

While working at Microsoft, Su worked with Williams Sonoma (brands including Williams Sonoma, West Elm, Pottery Barn, PB Kids, PB Teens) to help the increase their ecommerce sales during the Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Holiday sales period.

This included creating holiday-specific campaigns to emphasize promotions, product feed optimizations, utilizing urgency tactics like countdown timers, stock levels and limited offers, implementing holiday specific retargeting strategy, and building a forecasting model for traffic and adjusting bids accordingly. Williams Sonoma was able to successfully reduce their CPA by 9%, while increasing overall revenue by 20% from their Microsoft Advertising campaigns.
