Matthew is currently the Senior Director of Retention and Monetization at PrettyLitter, where he is responsible for all aspects of the customer journey and communication touchpoints. Focus is on retention and growth of all customers during their lifecycle, from onboarding through reactivation/win-back through Email, SMS, and Referral programs along with Data Analytics. He is continuously working to test, iterate and launch with new creative, messaging and cadence.
Prior to joining PrettyLitter, he was the Director of Online Marketing at Evite where he focused on the engagement and growth of over 60MM customers while leading a team across all marketing channels. In addition, he spent several years working with notable ESPs managing and leading programs for a variety of consumer and telecom brands.
