Louis is a Director of Growth with experience across publisher, agency, and in-house roles. He is now a full-time consultant for direct-to-consumer brands.

Louis's career includes working his way up at a performance marketing agency based in New York, starting as a Growth Marketing Manager and advancing to Senior Director of Growth. He has helped over 50 brands grow, with a diverse portfolio spanning beauty, fashion, healthcare, wellness, food and beverage, and insurance. Some of the companies he's advised include Noom, Sollis Health, Ever/Body, By Humankind, Ten Little, Maison Louis Marie, Saie Beauty, and Fabric. Louis has developed expertise in managing advertising budgets of all sizes, from go-to-market strategies with limited resources to managing budgets of over $2M per month.

After his agency days, Louis served as Growth Director at Thesis, a supplement brand. He led Thesis's growth for over a year and a half, during which time the company was recognized as the second fastest-growing consumer company in the U.S. in 2023.

Louis has experience with a wide range of acquisition channels, including Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Google, Reddit, Quora, programmatic, TV (both connected and linear), direct mail, affiliate marketing, and podcasts.
