Lesley
Lesley is the Head of Merchandising at OpenStore, where she is responsible for the performance of the product portfolio for 45+ DTC Shopify brands. She leads the strategy and execution of assortment optimizations, the development and launch of new products, pricing / promotion and site merchandising initiatives to optimize the customer experience and improve conversion.
Prior to OpenStore, Lesley was at Afterpay where she owned the GTM strategy for launching and scaling the in store product in both the US and the UK. Prior to that, Lesley was a Category Manager at Walmart eCommerce, where she was responsible for the P&L for a $49M business.
Lesley is known to wear many hats, and go above and beyond to deliver results.
