In early 2023, Kristin partnered with Chamberlain Coffee, the brand founded by influencer Emma Chamberlain, to create a compelling pitch deck for their upcoming product launch with Walmart. Recognizing the need for a visually captivating presentation that could effectively communicate the brand's unique story and new product offering, Kristin took Chamberlain Coffee's youthful brand identity and the valuable data and built a deck that would be easy to digest and leave a lasting impression. She worked closely with the CMO to distill their vision into a concise narrative, ensuring that the deck not only showcased their new ready-to-drink lattes but would resonate with the Gen Z customer base Walmart was looking to target.

The pitch deck was a success, leading to Chamberlain Coffee securing a significant retail partnership with Walmart. The CMO reported back to Kristin that Walmart expressed that this was one of the best decks they had ever seen! This launch marked a pivotal moment for the brand, significantly increasing their market visibility and sales. The engaging design and clear messaging of the pitch deck played a crucial role in captivating Walmart’s decision-makers, demonstrating the potential of Chamberlain Coffee to thrive in a competitive retail environment. Following the product launch, the company experienced rapid growth, resulting in a demand for more creative assets and marketing materials to support their expanding presence.

With this new demand, Kristin was brought back on board to handle the increased design workload. She collaborated with the marketing and sales teams to develop additional pitch deck templates, updated the brand guidelines, built product description pages for major retailers, updated packaging, and assisted with marketing activations and in-store displays that aligned with the brand’s maturing identity.
