Kayla
Kayla recently left her role at an advertising agency to pursue Freelance opportunties. Kayla's title was Brand Influencer Marketing Lead. After joining the agency, the team grew smaller and smaller, ultimately leaving her with managerial tasks and fully running the influencer space for all of the required brands. She spent months putting systems into place, becoming the point person for all things content creation. - Present influencer strategies, recommendations, campaign updates etc. directly to brands - Leverage third party platforms and talent manager relationships to identify right influencers for campaigns - Conduct contract negotiation process for influencer and creator campaigns - Develop and set up strategic tactics and programs to grow brand awareness/advocacy - Identify new influencers to tap into new audiences and build brand affinity - Own and manage all long-term, ongoing paid content partnerships, including, but not limited to - creative brief development, quarterly scheduling, SOW’s - Hold monthly brand meetings to review all feedback directly with client and offer solutions - Promote the advantage of influencer marketing directly with brands to ensure partnership and assist with any questions to navigate towards efficient success
