Starting her career on the agency side, Moss spent the first few years after college helping start-up, entrepreneurial brands in a variety of industries including health, beauty, food and more by acting as their outsourced marketing team at a boutique marketing consulting group. Realizing the value she could bring to the brand side, Moss joined Enjoy Life Foods in 2011, starting in customer service as one of two marketing team members. Moss spent the next 10 years of her career further developing the brand and building out the marketing team to a group of 15 by the time she left.
During her tenure at Enjoy Life, Moss built out all social channels from the ground up. Specifically, she managed email marketing, social media, print and digital advertising, website management, influencer marketing, content creation, creative (including internal graphic designer and external creative agency), loyalty program, consumer insights, experiential marketing and shopper marketing. Moss was heavily involved in new product development and consumer testing. In doing so, she helped to identify the need for shopper marketing efforts and developed a specific role within the marketing team to meet this need. Additionally, Moss led website redesign and a full rebrand for the brand in 2018, consisting of more than 150 packaging sku’s in the U.S and Canada. Moss was also involved in the brand’s acquisition to Mondelez International and stayed on for 3 years post-acquisition.
Moss’ innate entrepreneurial spirit had her craving change, leading her to join Chomps as Brand Director in 2020. Moss’ proven track record of establishing brand identity and driving growth with a strategic view while increasing market share and customer base, coupled with her experience leading both brand and direct-to-consumer strategy and teams, has contributed to her success at Chomps. During her time at at Chomps, Moss helped the brand expand into over 20,000 retail locations, increase social engagement by 29% and increase follower growth by 22%. She was also instrumental in formalizing the brand identity, voice and strategy that Chomps executes against today.
In October 2022, Kasey joined Serenity Kids, the fastest growing baby and toddler food company in the US. There she lead the development of the communication strategy and implementation across all consumer touchpoints and platforms throughout the consumer journey. Additionally, she saw a gap in endorsement marketing and built out the brands first affiliate and influencer program.
