We recently worked with Tate's (Cookies) to audit their current site experience supported by analytical data to make specific and highly targeted recommendations that would improve conversion across their site and help their team achieve key business metrics.

This audit also served as a foundation for their internal conversations around platform migration, technical implementations, and roadmap for the next year and a half.

This type of audit allows our team to fully grasp their business and site experience enabling a high efficiency in future redesign or optimization efforts.

Via one of my agency clients, where I serve as the defacto design department and creative director I was able to serve our client in partnership with both cosmetic and fragrance lines for the iconic Dolly Parton.

The first engagement was a micro-site to sell Dolly's new fragrance line via retailer partners which required some new information architecture and experience design to solve.

This has led to some of our latest work on a full DTC cosmetic creating a best-in-class site that features a slow roll-out of products over the year. This requires a flexible and modular design approach to accommodate a growing collection of products and feature sets.
