Jarrett is the leader of growth strategy for Lume Cube, a consumer lighting brand that offers premium products for photographers, content creators, and business professionals. He is responsible for DTC growth and also serves hands-on in all paid media channels. Within 3 months on the job, Jarrett cut paid media CPCs in half, with creative strategy and account best practices. His focus on by-product profitability, organic strategies and higher paid media efficiency helped improve YoY profitability by over 100%, while lowering CAC by $2 despite a $45 increase in AOV.

Jarrett served as a paid media buyer with a well-renown fantasy football brand, to help them grow DTC sales of their online fantasy football draft guide. The brand had a strong organic presence but was hoping to grow customer acquisition through paid social ads. After analyzing their performance from the year prior, Jarrett identified issues in the account structure, audience exclusions, and creative. He delivered a set of unique launch ad ideas and implemented ad account best practices to help the brand ensure they were reaching a new-to-brand audience.

This process helped them achieve YoY improvements such as a 70% decrease in CPC, a 129% increase in CTR, and a 75% lift in click-attributed ROAS with a 114% lift in spend

At Common Thread Collective, Jarrett was tasked with taking on 4-6 clients at a time and managing a 5 person team. His team drove performance marketing through ownership of paid (social and search) and owned (email/sms) media channels. Jarrett was also the primary driver of growth strategies and owner of marketing calendar/forecasting initiatives. He was responsible for $120k of CTC monthly revenue and helped drive 2x YoY growth for multiple clients.
