Lululemon is a billion-dollar athleisure phenomenon, that rose to prominence through the success of its yoga pants. They had been incredibly successful within North America and were seeking to capitalize on that internationally. They had just re-platformed their 11 international online stores across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, and conversion rates had plummeted. They needed a trusted e-commerce expert to join their team who could diagnose their user experience issues. After our engagement, the conversion rate across their 11 international sites was up by 83%. The International arm of the business had its most successful quarter to date, seeing 35% growth, and our team was even to secure $350,000 in additional funding during the holidays to capitalise on our successes.

Ledger is one of France’s big startup success stories. They sell hardware for securely managing your cryptocurrency, and their business is valued over a billion euros. A true unicorn. With global cryptocurrency interest booming, they had ambitious growth goals. To achieve this they needed to sell more products, to more customers, in less time. We led the research and design for their newly formed Conversion Rate Optimization team, working with their Product Manager, Data Analyst, Engineer, and Head of Growth. Within 12 months, we’d delivered upgrades to the shop forecast to bring in $12.7 million euros a year in additional revenue, thanks to the increase in both conversion rate (CRV), and average order value (AOV).

Chord is the only data-first, API-first, complete headless commerce platform. Having received their series-A funding, they needed to completely overhaul their SaaS platform which was riddled with usability issues. They needed a designer that could: Collaborate with customers to identify their major pain points with the platform; Deliver a comprehensive re-design that solved those pain points; and Work with engineering to deliver a customer-ready product. We launched the product right before their Series-B fundraising round, to build investor excitement. Users we’re delighted with the new platform. Customer Experience (CX) teams saw completion times drop by up to 66% for common tasks like order management, saving over 1 day of work per week per CX team member.
