After identifying a strong brand/product market fit in the UK and EU markets, Greg led the charge to clear all regulatory hurdles for the portfolio, build a local supply chain in the UK and Germany, collaborate with manufacturers on new labeling/shipping routes, and execute on a growth marketing playbook upon launch. Within 18 months of the first thought of expanding to Europe, Greg entered the European market and scaled the business to 7-figure topline.

Greg led the charger for an in-portfolio DTC (Shopify) operational restructuring for a maternity skincare brand and luxury nursery essentials baby brand, leading to a 300% YoY profitability gain. He optimized the SaaS vendor stack, redefined the marketing strategy, and introduced an analytics dashboard to better understand acquisition efficiency and P&L margin trends. The insights derived from the dashboard informed subsequent marketing mix and fed into redefining the ethos of both brands.
