Not only have these migrations matched the merchant's performance, but they have resulted in an average 20% lift of revenue per user while also unlocking other levers for optimization beyond that.

At OpenStore, one of the premier brands is a popular men’s apparel brand called Jack Archer that is doing $10M+ in annual sales. Ahead of BFCM, we wanted to test a new post-purchase offer for Jack Archer. Previously, our offer was simple - $10 off our Anytime Tee Shirt which converted 4% of the time. In reality though it was not as relevant to the customer as it had the potential to be. So we changed the offer to be super personalized - we offered the same product the customer just bought and added a 20% discount. The results were off the charts! Conversion Rate increased to 12% (⬆️ 200%) and Revenue Per Session increased to $5.95 (⬆️ 400%) vs. our previous offer.

What were the biggest takeaways? ▶ Give the customer more of what you already know they want ▶ Make the offer irresistible (you can afford to discount more here since the added item will go in the same box you’re already shipping the customer with their original order) ▶ Drive urgency with a countdown clock
